This is a Bladder Diverticulum. You have your normal bladder there in the center and unnatural growth of the diverticulum on the sides. Basically like squeezing a balloon until smaller projections appear.
They can only be removed by surgery.
One guess who has two of these?

Oh Jeez..I hope that's not too painful. Good luck with it. It doesn't sound too serious, I hope it isn't

The first of the 'extra' bladders was discovered because there was a problem. This was just a check up to see if the problem still existed or if the first had grown.
I'll be seeing the specialist next week.
