This is a Bladder Diverticulum. You have your normal bladder there in the center and unnatural growth of the diverticulum on the sides. Basically like squeezing a balloon until smaller projections appear.
They can only be removed by surgery.
One guess who has two of these?

The first of the 'extra' bladders was discovered because there was a problem. This was just a check up to see if the problem still existed or if the first had grown.
